1. General

Welcome to our website (the “Site”), owned and operated by Love Doll Wonderland (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Lawful Use and Age Restriction

The Site is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. If you are under the applicable legal age, you must leave the Site immediately and must not make any purchases.

3. Product Information and Disclaimer

Products sold on this Site are adult products intended solely for entertainment and personal use. They are not medical devices and have no medical or therapeutic efficacy. You use the products at your own risk. The Company is not liable for any injury, harm, or damage arising from improper use or from any personal health condition.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by the Company. We accept the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed via secure payment platforms. We do not store your full credit card details.

5. Shipping and Packaging

To protect customer privacy, shipments and billing records will display a discreet and neutral sender name: “LDW.” Under normal circumstances, products are dispatched within three (3) weeks. Delays may occur due to holidays, factory schedules, or other factors. Refunds will not be provided due to such delays. Actual dispatch times are subject to factory production schedules and may vary.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Before shipment, the factory will confirm the final product and may provide a preview where applicable.

After shipment, returns and refunds are not accepted unless there is an “obvious defect.”

“Obvious defect” does not include:

• Visible points for standing skeleton/foot bolts
• Installation points or locations of additional feature controllers
• Seam lines or joining marks inherent to silicone manufacturing
• Any silicone tears resulting from use

To request an exchange, you must contact us within three (3) days from the date of receipt. The product must be unused and in its original condition. Whether an issue constitutes an “obvious defect,” and whether an exchange will be accepted, will be determined by the Company at its sole and final discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the products or the Site. We do not warrant that shipping will be free of delays or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, and other content displayed on the Site are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, adapt, distribute, or otherwise use any content without express prior written permission.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
